The Process
Start by reaching out with the rentals you're interested in. Don’t see exactly what you're looking for? No problem—let us know! We’re happy to work with you to create a custom setup that fits your vision.

Once we’ve finalized your rental items and any additional services, we’ll send over a detailed quote to get the planning started.

Payment & Damage Deposit
To secure your booking, full payment is required along with a damage deposit equal to 50% of your total order.

The damage deposit will be refunded in full once all rental items are returned in their original condition, free of any damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning needs.

Payment can be made via e-transfer and is required within 24 hours of receiving your quote to confirm your booking.
